What Longstead is, and who stands behind it.
Longstead is compliance software for Australian SIL providers. It keeps registers, worker records, consents and evidence in one place, and works out the statutory deadlines. When someone asks, it produces the audit pack. An audit assesses those records against the NDIS Practice Standards.1 Registration, mid-term audits, renewals and ordinary weeks all need those records.
Longstead is operated by CLOUD RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT XENTER PTY LTD (ABN 52 677 458 187).
How are the claims here handled?
- Every citation points at the compilation in force, not the instrument as made.
- Every page carries the date its regulatory statements were last checked at source.
- Corrections are dated on the page they change.
