Partner with Longstead
Longstead is readiness software for SIL providers — the registers, worker screening and evidence a certification audit samples, kept current for $299 a month. Consultants and auditors meet the same disorganised evidence every week. This page is the working arrangement.
The referral offer
20% of first-year subscription revenue for every provider you refer who becomes a Longstead customer. At $299 a month that is $59.80 a month for up to twelve months — about $718 per referred provider — paid monthly as revenue is collected.
The fee applies to subscriptions only; the one-off readiness assessment carries no referral fee (it is credited in full across the first two subscription invoices). A monthly statement shows every attributed lead and what it earned; you invoice against the statement.
How tracking works
Your link looks like
longstead.com.au/readiness-check/?p=LSP-XXXXXX. Anyone
who arrives through it and completes the readiness check is attributed
to you — first referrer wins, recorded on the lead itself. The code
identifies the referral source and does nothing else: it grants no
access and reveals nothing about the visitor to anyone.
Independence
Longstead software does not deliver consulting, does not conduct audits, and pays no fee to any Approved Quality Auditor. AQAs are barred from consulting to the bodies they audit; the arrangement for AQAs is a free co-branded readiness check for intake use, with no payment in either direction. Referral fees apply to consultants and customers only. No referral arrangement is disclosed to or endorsed by the NDIS Commission.
Eligibility
Open to NDIS consultants, plan managers and support coordinators operating in Australia with an ABN. One agreement per organisation. Referrals of an organisation you control are excluded.
Consultants who complete certification are listed in the partner directory.
For customers: the referral program
The program opens by invitation once Longstead has its first cohort of subscribers. Invitations arrive at milestones — readiness crossing 70%, a Stage 1 audit recorded — and go to subscribers in good standing.
The organisation you refer gets the same terms as any direct customer: the readiness check, and the $499 assessment fee credited in full across the first two subscription invoices. A referred provider is never worse off for coming through you. You get a $50 gift card once they complete the check and book an assessment as a separate provider by ABN, and a $200 subscription credit when they become a customer.
Limits: their ABN must differ from yours, one reward per organisation ever, no reward where Longstead has been in contact in the past 90 days, and at most five pending rewards a quarter.
One conduct rule: never post referral links into community groups, forums or threads, and never present a recommendation as unprompted when it was incentivised. Recommend Longstead anywhere you genuinely want to — a link drop in a group under this program forfeits it.
Rewards are not transferable, have no cash value beyond the amounts stated, and the program can change or close at any time for referrals not yet made.
