Methodology

Counts come from the NDIS Commission's public provider register export, extracted on the date shown. A provider is counted once per ABN; outlet rows are collapsed. Module 5A rows count registrations whose published conditions name Module 5A; the dated row counts conditions stating a must-commence-by date. The unregistered estimate subtracts registered active deliverers from the NDIA's quarterly active-provider dataset — an estimate, and the only derived figure here. Providers under published enforcement action are excluded. Extraction code is not published; every figure is reproducible from the sources below.
